Product Features: Since the muscular fibers of the protein of meat (e.g. pork or beef) are generally long, it is the easiest way to use decomposition of soybean protein for the imitation of flavors of meat. As for fowl such as chicken, it contains high portion of protein, the texture is much softer and its muscular fiber are short. Thus, fowl normally tastes much sweeter than meat. Therefore, the process of applying soybean protein in imitation of the flavor and taste is much longer and more complicated.
